Community Survey on Proposed Development of 54 homes.
Public Consultation and Survey after Alderley Homes held a public consultation event on their proposals for the construction of approximately 54 dwellings off Greengate.
Concerns on the plans in relation to primary school places, poor access via Greengate, water pressure, sewage problems, lack of bus service, highways, Levens lane footpath & affordable options.

News of a Public Consultation for Alderley Homes from Warrington taking place on Tuesday 13th January 2026 from 9.30am to 8.00pm at Levens Village Hall in the downstairs room.
A building site is proposed to the east of Greengate.
