Building plot sales progress in aid of Levens Community Project

Only two of the six building plots offered for sale in Levens by the Community Project are now available for sale with the other four subject to accepted offers.

At Cotes

Plot 1 has planning permission for a 3-bedroomed house and is offered at a guide price of £185,000.
