Next Ordinary PC Meeting
The next meeting of the Parish Council will be held as a physical meeting at 7.30 p.m. on Tuesday 18 May in the Institute.
It is a legal requirement for the Parish Council to hold its Annual Parish Council meeting in May when the Chairman and other officers and representatives are appointed. Current Regulations require that the May meeting of the Parish Council be held face to face i.e. not via the use of Zoom. The only suitable venue is the Institute where, in order to comply with Coronavirus provisions, numbers attending are limited to 16, including Councillors. For these reasons the meeting will focus on discharging its legal responsibility and other business will be kept to an absolute minimum.
The Agenda for the meeting is here.
