Levens Village Institute
Re-opening of the Village Institute.
It has been a while since any of us have been able to use our village hall and it is with some pleasure that we would like to invite you to consider whether you would like to start using it again from the beginning of September. A hard working team have prepared the hall ready for COVID safe environment and we are now ready to start letting you hire again.
As part of the process of making the hall COVID safe we have had to put a number of things in place, which we need everyone to adhere to. One of the main differences you will find is that the main hall and the lower floor will operate in isolation of each other. We attach the information on how that will work, along with the hire agreement. We are also running a zoom meeting on the 25th August at 6.30 pm to give you a verbal explanation of how the hall will operate and give you the low-down on how we will manage the flow of groups. Please let us know via return email if you wish to join the briefing (max 30 min).
So here are the two steps we need to ask you to take before we can let you back into the hall.
We intend to open the Hall from the 1st September and therefore would appreciate it if you could return both documents at least two weeks before you wish to use the Hall.
