192/10 To receive apologies for absence
None
Resolved that the apologies be noted.
193/10 To authorise minutes of meeting held on 9 November 2010
Resolved that the Chairman sign the Minutes of the meeting held on 9 November 2010 as a true record.
194/10 To receive any declarations of interest in items on the Agenda
None
195/10 Adjournment of meeting to receive any matters from the public

196/10 Local Development Framework
i)To discuss the information briefing that took place on 30/11/10
Cllr Hammond gave the meeting an overview of the briefing, details and maps of proposed allocations of housing and employment were circulated. A meeting has been arranged with Alistair McNeil at SLDC to discuss further details of how comments can be made.
ii)To discuss any requests for dispensation
Each site will be discussed individually at all Parish Council meetings. Councillors will leave the room at the appropriate time. No requests for dispensation are to be made.
iii) To discuss the public consultation
SLDC have advised that the period of consultation will be from 14/1/11 – 18/3/11, further information will be distributed on 15/1/11. The Parish Council will hold an open meeting for the public to attend in late January.
