LAND ALLOCATIONS CONSULTATION
SLDC have now published emerging options for consultation
The attached map shows land provisionally identified in Levens for development up to 2025
Areas in red are suggested sites for housing
R51M 50 houses
R682LVM 24 houses
R71M 10 houses
One area in purple (R121M) is suggested for employment land
Green hatched areas are open spaces
Further detailed supporting information will be made available by SLDC on 21 January (this is now available on the SLDC website)
The consultation period runs from 21 January to 15 April
The Parish Council has arranged for SLDC to have a drop in session to be held in the Levens Institue on Monday 28 February 2011 from 13:30 - 19:30 where residents can meet with members of SLDC and ask questions, immediatley after this the Parish Council will hold an open meeting at which residents can express their views
